Technical Recruiter
Responsibilities
Supporting full lifecycle recruiting efforts for technical and corporate positions across the company
Sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of roles including Software Engineers, DevSecOps Engineers, Cloud Engineers, Cybersecurity professionals, and more
Working closely with hiring managers and recruiters to help move candidates efficiently through the hiring process
Assisting with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and ATS management
Supporting onboarding and new hire orientation efforts to ensure a smooth and welcoming employee experience
Assisting with People Operations initiatives including employee engagement activities, internal communications, culture efforts, and special projects
Supporting social media and employer branding efforts related to recruiting and company culture
Maintaining candidate and employee documentation while ensuring organization and compliance throughout processes
Helping the team stay agile and responsive as new hiring needs arise across the business
Providing administrative and operational support to the recruiting and People Operations teams as needed
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in technical recruiting required
Prior experience supporting HR, onboarding, employee engagement, or People Operations initiatives is a plus
Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems; JazzHR experience is a huge plus
Strong sourcing and candidate screening experience across technical skill sets
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
Positive, proactive, and team-oriented mindset with a willingness to help where needed
Bachelor’s degree preferred
