About the role
The Technical Recruiter will partner with hiring managers to recruit high-quality talent across various corporate functions, including Engineering, Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and Facilities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify and engage top talent across manufacturing, finance, operations, and other non-technical functions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, and recruiting tools
- Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and alignment with company culture
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, define recruiting strategies, and provide market insights throughout the hiring process
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from intake meetings and job postings through offer negotiation and onboarding coordination
- Ensure a positive, timely, and professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the hiring process
- Maintain accurate, real-time candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide recruiting metrics and pipeline updates
- Promote the company's employer brand through candidate interactions, networking, recruiting events, and social media
- Ensure recruiting practices comply with all applicable employment laws, OFCCP guidelines, and company policies
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes, efficiency, and candidate quality

Qualifications
- Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on manufacturing, finance, operations, supply chain, and other non-technical corporate roles
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
- Experience recruiting for manufacturing, finance, HR, operations, or corporate functions
- Experience conducting candidate interviews and managing offers
Skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities
