Technical Recruiter

About the role

We're looking for a Technical Recruiter to help attract top talent across engineering, project management, account management, and other professional roles. You'll partner closely with hiring leaders, guide candidates through the hiring process, and play a key role in shaping our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage 20-25 active requisitions across technical and professional disciplines.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify and secure top talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer.
• Coordinate interviews, maintain ATS records, and manage recruiting operations.
• Support campus recruiting efforts, internships, co-ops, career fairs, and recruiting events.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably supporting technical hiring.
• Experience recruiting for roles such as engineers, project managers, account managers, or similar professional positions.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive, results-driven approach.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

Schedule

• This is a contract position.
• Fully onsite in Mariemont, OH.
