Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified candidates through various sourcing methods and channels
• Conduct interviews with prospective employees to assess qualifications and cultural fit
• Perform comprehensive reference checks on potential hires
• Extend employment offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms as appropriate
• Cook up new employee orientation programs
• Facilitate exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback
• Process all employee status changes including promotions, transfers, and terminations
• Maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment and employment lifecycle
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related area of specialty
