Technical Recruiter, AI & Robotics, North America Internship Team

What You'll Do

• Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs, utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
• Proactively source and engage top student talent through internal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google Scholar, and AI/ML research communities, amongst others
• Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
• Develop strong working relationships with business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
• Travel as needed for on-campus university recruitment events

What You'll Bring

• 2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in an in-house environment
• Previous experience hiring in AI/ML or related field (preferred)
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• History of managing higher-volume pipelines without compromising quality
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay

• Expected Compensation: $84,000 - $168,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits
• The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
