What You'll Do
- Develop robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs, utilizing multiple tools and approaches to identify and source top talent
- Proactively source and engage top student talent through internal ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Google Scholar, and AI/ML research communities, amongst others
- Source and screen resumes, and evaluate candidates to determine fit
- Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
- Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
- Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity
- Travel as needed for on-campus university recruitment events
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years recruiting/sourcing experience in an in-house environment
- Previous experience hiring for internship or early career engineering talent, with a focus in AI/ML or related field (highly preferred)
- Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
- History of managing higher-volume pipelines without compromising quality
- Strong ability to track and manage data and workflow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
