We are seeking an execution-focused Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle hiring during a critical growth phase. You will partner with leadership to scale engineering teams building foundational AI tools. This hands-on role focuses on sourcing and closing top-tier talent across AI/ML, infrastructure, and full-stack engineering in a high-velocity, on-site environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle from initial search strategy and sourcing to offer negotiation and closing.
• Partner with engineering managers to define requirements and run high-signal interview loops for technical positions.
• Leverage modern sourcing and AI-powered recruiting tools to identify and engage exceptional passive candidates.

Requirements

• At least 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience within a high-growth startup or technical environment.
• Proven track record of hiring specialized technical talent across domains like AI/ML, infrastructure, and developer tools.
• Exceptional sourcing skills with the ability to engage passive candidates in highly competitive talent markets.
