About the role

We are seeking a Technical Project / Program Manager with 10+ years of experience to drive the end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, ensuring complex model development cycles are translated into clear, outcome-based milestones.

Responsibilities

• Strategic AI Roadmap Execution: Lead the planning and execution of AI initiatives, breaking down complex development cycles into achievable milestones.
• Cross-Functional Orchestration: Act as the primary bridge between Business and IT teams, managing workflows, streamlining communication, and ensuring documentation.
• Data-Driven Visibility: Design and maintain executive-level dashboards and status trackers for real-time project health, resource allocation, and velocity.
• KPI & ROI Accountability: Establish and monitor ROI and KPI tracking frameworks to ensure measurable success criteria aligned with business objectives.
• Intelligent Technical Liaison: Facilitate technical discussions using foundational AI knowledge (e.g., LLMs, data training, model inference) to clarify requirements and identify roadblocks.
• High-Velocity Coordination: Maintain a relentless cadence of follow-ups to align stakeholders and meet aggressive deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptive Problem Solving: Navigate high-pressure pivots, resolve cross-departmental friction, and keep teams motivated using strong interpersonal and emotional intelligence skills.
• Operational Excellence: Standardize reporting and tracking processes to balance speed to market with clarity and documented progress.
• Organizational Change Management: Develop adoption strategies, communication plans, and training programs to integrate new AI capabilities into existing workflows.

Requirements

• 10+ years of program management experience, with a focus on AI or technical initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts, including LLMs, data training, and model inference.
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex workflows.
• Experience designing executive-level dashboards and tracking frameworks.
• Excellent interpersonal, emotional intelligence, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.

Pay

$70/hr - $80/hr
