Technical Project/Program Management - Technical Program Manager I

About the role

The Technical Program Manager will drive program execution for uLED backplane silicon programs, coordinating with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate internal cross-functional teams through recurring meetings and program reviews.
• Track decisions, identify dependencies and risks, and resolve gaps to prevent escalation.
• Manage relationships and program reviews with external foundry and silicon vendor partners.
• Drive vendors to execute against specified requirements and maintain integrated program schedules.
• Maintain authoritative trackers for program status across internal and external workstreams.
• Produce milestone readouts and decision items for leadership and stakeholders.
• Maintain a risk register covering technical execution, vendor delivery, and schedule risks, and drive mitigation plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years of experience as a technical program manager or equivalent project management experience in a hardware or silicon development environment.
• Experience working with external vendors, contract manufacturers, or foundries is required, along with exposure to hardware development phases.

• Ability to coordinate execution across multiple engineering teams and translate commitments into actionable schedules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and comfort operating in fast-paced environments.
