About the role
This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship. This is a hybrid position that requires being onsite, in Arlington, VA, Tuesday-Thursday. Only candidates with food, pharma and/or CPG experience will be considered. There is no relocation assistance available for this position.
Primary Responsibilities
- Apply project management tools and skills to ensure the on-time, on-scope, and on quality-delivery of the project with flawless execution from concept to close.
- Lead the alignment of the strategy and approach for initiating, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing the project with key stakeholders.
- Preventive management of roadblocks and generation of risk mitigation plans.
- Build and manage the project schedule, define the critical path, track activities to ensure functional team members are meeting agreed-upon deadlines, generate and communicate status reports, and escalate critical issues.
- Carefully coordinate and facilitate project meetings including kick-off meetings, project team meetings, risk assessments, financial reviews, lessons learned, post-launch reviews, and additional meetings as required.
- Provide transparency and communication on project status and risks to cross-functional team members and Project Management Lead.
- Responsible for the consistent application, execution, and continuous improvement of Nestlé's I&R processes and tools.
- Maintain and ensure data accuracy, deliverable completion, and documentation as specified by relevant policies and procedures across assigned projects.
- Meet established key performance indicators (KPIs) and other program metrics.
- Responsible for making and ensuring the implementation of process improvements.

Qualifications
- Minimum BA/BS required.
- 3 years of related work experience.
- Bright at the basics (time management, results focus, communication skills, organization skills).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
- Effectively collaborates and influences people through strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage conflict and drive resolution.
- Flexibility and adaptability to perform in a high-volume, fast-paced and dynamic environment.
