Position Overview

As a New Home Construction Project Manager, you will oversee the on-site construction of custom homes from groundbreaking through final completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily job site operations and ensure construction milestones are met on schedule.
• Cook up subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflow.
• Monitor material deliveries and labor schedules to keep projects on track.
• Conduct quality inspections throughout the construction process to ensure workmanship meets company standards.
• Manage the final punch list and ensure homes are delivered move-in ready.
• Communicate effectively with homeowners, designers, vendors, and internal team members.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site while ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and safety regulations.
• Identify and resolve construction challenges in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of project management experience in new residential home construction.
• Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, and job site coordination.
• Experience managing subcontractors and multiple phases of home construction.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality homes.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Experience

• Experience with custom or production home builders.
• Knowledge of residential building codes and inspection processes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
