About the role

This role is part of Blue Origin Operations, which includes Integrated Supply Chain, Test Operations, Safety, Quality, and Mission Assurance. It involves leading strategic cross-functional projects to guide high value and high impact decisions across the supply chain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic supply chain initiatives for various spaceflight systems
  • Work closely with peers to provide detailed analysis of capability, capacity, and resource requirements
  • Deep dive into specific process challenges and communicate relevant information for senior leadership evaluation
  • Apply technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight
  • Develop reliable and repeatable processes to streamline data collection and analysis for quick resource, cost, cycle time, and lead time evaluations

  • Proven success owning and driving a project from start to finish

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • MBA, other relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years operations/supply chain experience

Pay

For WA applicants, the compensation range is $145,188.00 - $203,263.20. Other site ranges may differ.
