About the role

We're looking for a highly driven Software Project Manager to lead execution, operational maturity, and delivery excellence across our technology teams. Responsibilities

  • Drive execution across multiple software initiatives, keeping business priorities, technical teams, and leadership aligned
  • Lead planning efforts including roadmaps, dependency management, risk mitigation, and release readiness
  • Identify bottlenecks and blockers early and proactively drive resolution
  • Build and improve operational processes that increase team effectiveness and delivery predictability
  • Communicate status, risks, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Support Agile delivery practices and facilitate sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives
  • Maintain high-quality project documentation, release coordination, and operational reporting

Requirements

  • Proven ability to drive accountability and execution across cross-functional teams
  • Strong business and technical acumen with the ability to translate priorities into action
  • Experience working closely with software engineering teams in Agile environments
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Asana
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, release management, and dependency planning
