About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager - Infrastructure to lead and manage infrastructure workstreams for large-scale SAP S/4HANA digital transformation and migration programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end infrastructure activities for SAP S/4HANA migration projects.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Infrastructure, SAP Basis, Network, Security, Cloud, and Application teams.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved within scope, schedule, and budget.
- Plan and oversee infrastructure readiness for SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Manage server, storage, network, database, and cloud infrastructure requirements.
- Coordinate provisioning and configuration of development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Ensure scalability, performance, availability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Support migration strategies including Greenfield, Brownfield, and Hybrid approaches.
- Coordinate SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration activities.
- Manage infrastructure cutover planning, system upgrades, and environment refreshes.
- Drive technical readiness assessments and migration rehearsals.
- Collaborate with cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP) for hosting and migration activities.
- Ensure infrastructure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate identity and access management, backup, recovery, and cybersecurity controls.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and infrastructure dependencies.
- Provide regular status reporting to program leadership and executive stakeholders.
- Facilitate steering committee meetings and technical governance reviews.
- Manage vendor relationships and service delivery commitments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 8+ years of Project Management experience with enterprise infrastructure programs.
- 5+ years of experience delivering SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA migrations.
- Strong understanding of:
- SAP Basis Administration
- SAP S/4HANA Architecture
- HANA Database Platforms
- Infrastructure and Cloud Services
- Network and Security Architecture
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Pay
Role Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation Range: $102,000-$153,000
