About the role
The Technical Project Manager serves as the overall lead responsible for planning, execution, coordination, and oversight of the YubiKey deployment effort. This individual manages all contractor personnel, interfaces with Government stakeholders, monitors performance objectives, and ensures delivery of all contract requirements.
This position requires an active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or the ability to obtain an (Interim Secret, Interim Top Secret). Because an active or interim DoD clearance is required, U.S. Citizenship is required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the Deployment Project Plan, milestones, and resource schedules.
- Oversee execution of all deployment activities across planning, deployment, and closeout phases.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Government COR.
- Coordinate approval of communications, outreach efforts, and scheduling activities.
- Develop and maintain deployment Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor performance against deployment metrics and Acceptable Quality Levels (AQLs).
- Manage risk identification, mitigation strategies, and escalation activities.
- Review weekly inventory reports and deployment status updates.
- Ensure compliance with non-personal services requirements.
- Coordinate final reconciliation activities and submission of the Final Deployment Report.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Project Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience leading enterprise IT deployments.
- Experience managing ServiceNow-based initiatives.
- Demonstrated experience supporting Federal agencies.
- PMP certification preferred.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $52.88 - $52.88/hr.
Schedule
This is a fully onsite, contract position based in Bethesda, MD.
