Technical Project Manager

About the role

As a Technical Product Manager on the Security Threat and Response Management (STRM) Engineering Chapter, you will focus on delivering new and enhanced identity access initiatives. The team builds software capabilities, supports existing solutions, provides technical oversight, and applies industry best practices to eliminate manual processes through automation.

Responsibilities

• Partner on technical implementation efforts of new products and services, communicating effectively with impacted business owners.
• Manage and drive the roadmap, initiatives, features, stories, and tasks for the Vulnerability Management function.
• Work with vendors to implement scalable solutions into the solution architecture.
• Manage day-to-day project team efforts and prioritize cross-team, application, and system enhancements.
• Lead review sessions of technical requirements and manage the defect resolution process.
• Partner with Business Operations (BizOps) and other internal identity access management teams to align service delivery with governance controls and support requirements.
• Ensure operational readiness of platforms through planning, testing, and implementation management.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver global projects in collaboration with regional offices.
• Coordinate with multiple groups to ensure platform goals are met.
• Manage project life cycles from inception to delivery in an Agile framework across multiple teams.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external management discussions and presentations.
• Develop plans to improve quality within systems and platforms.
• Mentor junior team members and ensure proactive compliance with audit requirements.

• High-energy, highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with the ability to function under pressure both independently and as part of a team.
• Working knowledge and experience managing project teams in an Agile environment.
