Piper Companies is seeking a Technical Project Manager to join a leading global organization within the advanced electronics and interconnect solutions industry. This permanent opportunity is based in Santa Clara, CA. The role involves overseeing complex engineering-driven product initiatives and coordinating global teams to deliver high-speed connectivity solutions for major technology clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle execution of technically complex product development projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary coordination point between engineering teams, program leadership, and external partners for project updates and requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across global teams to maintain project schedules and resolve technical or operational challenges.
• Oversee project financials including budget tracking, cost reviews, and managing changes in scope to meet business objectives.
• Identify risks proactively and implement mitigation strategies while supporting manufacturability, capacity planning, and operational readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field with at least 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities with experience conducting root cause analysis.
• Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects independently while collaborating with globally distributed teams.

Pay

Salary Range: $70,000–$100,000/year.
