Technical Project Manager

About the role

The Technical Project Manager will lead cross-functional teams in delivering complex projects within tight timelines. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead project planning and execution, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Manage project risks and issues, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and company standards.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including status reports and change logs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a technical or software development environment.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and project management best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for project tracking and reporting.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and infrastructure as a service (IaaS).
• Understanding of software development processes and tools.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.
