Day to Day Responsibilities/project specifics
This infrastructure team is seeking a project manager to join a team of about 10 PMs and program managers. The team is responsible for managing a variety of projects across an entire IT organization. This role will be on the BAU side and the person will be mainly responsible for reviewing and progressing tickets to ensure teams stay on schedule. While there will be more senior PMs on the team to guide and lead, it is important that this PM be generally aware of the scope/health of the downstream teams to be able to progress toward goals/timelines accordingly. This role will not include project initialization or completion, but rather understanding where their tickets sit, understanding workflows and giving/taking direction. This person will be working with four infrastructure sided technical teams.

- Other duties as assigned by senior project/program managers
