About the role

Manage end-to-end IT projects, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.

Cross-coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.

Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.

Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates.

Ensure projects adhere to IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

Drive infrastructure migration projects with a focus on minimal downtime and data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end IT projects, overseeing planning, execution, and delivery.
  • Cross-coordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure project alignment.
  • Track project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing clear and concise project updates.
  • Ensure projects adhere to IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive infrastructure migration projects with a focus on minimal downtime and data integrity.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of total experience in IT, with a strong background in project management.
  • Proficient in driving design, architecture, and application support, preferably in healthcare.
  • Deep understanding of Healthcare IT systems, workflows, and regulatory requirements.
  • Hands-on experience with server, database, and application migrations (on-prem to cloud/hybrid).
  • Strong understanding of servers, databases (SQL Server), networks, SSL certificates, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
