Technical Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to support our Marketing and Corporate Communications Technology Services team. This role plans and delivers complex technology programs across Marketing & Digital Experience Engineering, providing governance, executive reporting, dependency management, financial oversight, and coordination to ensure successful delivery of strategic technology programs. You will report to the Application Development Team Lead.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large technology programs
• Develop and maintain integrated project plans
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies
• Facilitate Steering Committees and executive status reporting
• Coordinate delivery across Engineering, Marketing, Enterprise Platforms, Information Security, Infrastructure, Architecture, and vendors
• Partner with Engineering Managers to remove delivery roadblocks
• Track financials, resource allocation, and vendor statements of work
• Promote governance, change management, and release readiness
• Manage project communications with executive partners
• Ensure projects follow established delivery methodologies and governance processes

Requirements

• 8+ years managing enterprise technology programs
• Strong technical understanding of enterprise application delivery within the MarTech domain
• Experience leading Agile and hybrid delivery models
• Experience managing external vendors
• Experience within Financial Services
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience
