Technical Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Partner with cross-functional team members and suppliers to drive selection of biocompatible materials, sample coordination, and coordinate testing throughout product development process.
• Clear and effective communication (including presentations, document traceability etc.) of Biocompatibility goals and findings with cross-functional team and leadership.
• Demonstrated experience in program management and basic knowledge of Biocompatibility review.
• Manage and track analytical testing results and biocompatibility assessment and setup a process to track and communicate efficiently.
• Prioritize programs and issues to meet timelines within a fast-paced environment.
• Engage with biocompatibility experts and cross-functional teams towards building workflows, processes, and SOP’s.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
• 2+ years of project management in a corporate setting.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully and ability to prioritize issues/projects effectively.
• Basic understanding of biocompatibility and analytical chemistry.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
• Be a team player. Have strong analytical skills and ability to think outside of the box.
• Must have program management, clear communication, and consumer electronics experience.
• Experience working in consumer electronics industry.
• Nice to have: Good understanding program development checkpoints.

Qualifications

• Must have science and engineering background (Toxicology, Biomedical science, Engineering or related fields).
• 12 month assignment with potential extension.
• Must be okay with a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
