Why This Role Stands Out Remote flexibilityHigh-visibility projects across pipeline systems, compressor stations, and critical infrastructureFull lifecycle ownership—from concept and design through execution and close-outStrong, stable pipeline of work with repeat clients and consistent project flowPerformance-based bonus potential tied to project successSupportive, flexible leadership team that values work-life balance What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end execution of midstream natural gas projects, including pipelines, compressor stations, and metering facilitiesManage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, ROW, procurement, and constructionOwn project scope, cost, schedule, and risk, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfactionBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping drive repeat business and new opportunitiesProvide technical guidance across pipeline systems and related infrastructureOversee and approve engineering deliverables, project budgets, forecasts, and invoicesIdentify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategiesSupport business development efforts through proposals, cost estimates, and project planningTravel up to 10–15% for key client meetings and site visits What You Bring 10+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or energy infrastructureProven background managing midstream natural gas or pipeline projectsExperience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, ROW, procurement, and constructionStrong track record managing project scope, cost, schedule, and riskAbility to provide technical direction on pipeline systems, compressor stations, and related facilitiesEngineering degree (ABET-accredited preferred) or equivalent technical experienceConfident communicator with strong client-facing and relationship-building skillsComfortable operating as a standalone PM with full project ownership Work Environment & Culture You’ll be part of a 60-person multidisciplinary team that includes engineers, project managers, field staff, and design specialists. The team operates as a full-service EPCM provider, delivering everything from project development and engineering to construction management and O&M consulting. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lexington, KY. Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $65.00/hr.
