Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients from project initiation through completion.
  • Receive, assess, and initiate project requests identified by onsite support, engineering teams, purchasing/licensing reviews, or submitted directly by customers.
  • Cook up project details, scope, and timelines with internal teams including Tier 3 engineers, purchasing, and account management.
  • Manage procurement processes for ISP services and IT hardware components.
  • Track project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders.
  • Schedule engineer work, installations, and customer meetings as needed.
  • Identify and communicate potential risks, delays, or escalations to management.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of project coordination, IT coordination, or client-facing operational experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information in clear, client-friendly terms.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with engineering, purchasing, or technical support teams.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems or project management tools.
