Technical Project Coordinator
Job Summary
As a Technical Project Coordinator at John W. Danforth Company, you will play a key role in keeping our technology projects organized, on track, and moving forward. You’ll partner with IT, engineering, and business teams to coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure clear communication across all stakeholders.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support planning, scheduling, and tracking for technical projects to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and key deliverables.
- Cook up communication across technical teams and business stakeholders, including status updates and reporting.
- Monitor project progress and escalate risks, issues, or delays as needed.
- Ensure adherence to project management processes, standards, and methodologies.
- Identify and track risks and issues, supporting mitigation and resolution efforts.
- Maintain project documentation and provide regular reporting on status and performance.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate project requirements into actionable tasks.
- Support coordination of production releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience in project coordination, IT, or a related role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with project tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, MS Project).
- Familiarity with technical environments and software development processes.
- Understanding of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Pay
Compensation Range: $55,000-$70,000
Other Compensation: Bonus eligible
