Technical Project Coordinator

About the role

A world-leading federal partner dedicated to supporting mission-critical programs across national security, defense, and public service delivery is seeking a skilled professional to coordinate high-volume technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-volume technical projects across infrastructure, cloud, network, endpoint, and IT service management teams
• Provide centralized project visibility, risk management, and release coordination
• Develop and deliver clear stakeholder communications, including outage notifications and project status updates
• Ensure timely and accurate updates to program and technical artifacts, such as architecture diagrams and SOPs
• Support Program Management by coordinating monthly special projects across various IT teams
• Flex into hands-on technical support during periods of reduced coordination demand

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 7+ years supporting IT operations, technical project coordination, or systems analysis in complex enterprise environments
• Experience coordinating IT infrastructure, cloud, network, and endpoint projects in an O&M environment
• Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM), change, configuration, and release management processes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for executive-level and technical stakeholders
