Technical Program Product Manager

About the role

The role sits within a global infrastructure organization responsible for the design, planning, delivery, and operations of large-scale cloud network environments supporting critical digital services worldwide. The team ensures the reliability, performance, and scalability of a global network spanning data centers, servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling infrastructure. They solve complex, high-scale technical challenges across distributed environments, working closely with engineering, operations, security, and vendor partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage cross-functional infrastructure programs
• Cook up coordination with engineering and vendor teams
• Track risks and dependencies
• Drive delivery timelines
• Support infrastructure reporting and process improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Strong program management experience
• Able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
• Capability to drive execution in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
• A solid understanding of networking and data center infrastructure
