About the role
Join a fast-paced infrastructure program management team driving the deployment of networking solutions across data centers and POP locations. This role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate complex schedules, and help deliver critical network changes that support large-scale global operations.
Responsibilities
- Lead planning, coordination, and execution of network infrastructure programs across data centers and POP environments.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing priorities, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
- Partner with network engineers, deployment teams, data center technicians, supply chain, logistics, finance, and program management stakeholders.
- Develop, maintain, and communicate project schedules, status updates, and risk mitigation plans.
- Support engineering reviews and help drive consistency in deployed configurations, including tracking exceptions for follow-up.
- Facilitate meetings, resolve blockers, and keep stakeholders aligned throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts that support predictable delivery, simplification, and operational efficiency.
- Work on programs that span multiple regions and require coordination across diverse teams and functions.
Requirements
- Experience managing cross-functional programs or projects in a technical environment.
- Strong knowledge of IP networking, including BGP, traffic engineering, and large-scale network design.
- Background in data center network deployment, scaling, and maintenance.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and support solution development with engineering teams.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Clear verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Proven ability to work effectively in fast-moving environments with shifting priorities and ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Skills
- Program management experience in large-scale infrastructure or network deployment environments.
- Exposure to supply chain, logistics, or finance partners in complex technical programs.
- Experience driving work across multiple regions or global teams.
- Familiarity with project tracking tools and spreadsheet-based planning.
- Background working with infrastructure stakeholders in collaborative, high-visibility programs.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and influence outcomes across teams.
Pay
The pay range for this role is $39 - $75 per hour based on qualifications and experience.
