This is an in-office role based primarily at an Applied Intuition office 5 days a week, with flexibility for occasional remote work or adjusted schedules as needed.

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to architect, manage complex engineering projects, identify gaps, and implement best practices for customers. This role involves close collaboration with subject matter experts at Applied Intuition and with customers to address technical pain points and deliver solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Support the sales team with strategic pre-sales activities to identify customer pain points and propose solutions through Applied Intuition’s professional services.
  • Lead pursuits from customer RFQ release, creating detailed technical proposals by engaging subject matter experts and providing commercial justification.
  • Evaluate project timelines with customers and adjust resource needs based on their requirements and feedback.
  • Execute projects as the single point of contact, tracking progress and ensuring successful completion of milestones, metrics, and final deliverables.
  • Engage customers continuously to identify further pain points and opportunities for additional project engagements.
  • Provide regular updates to internal teams on customer use cases and workflows not yet addressed by current software solutions.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of industry experience leveraging data or simulation for vehicle development.
  • A Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with data management and simulation providers, including their advantages and disadvantages.
  • Understanding of current data and simulation workflows within OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
  • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25% of the time to support project needs.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with data or simulation software used for ADAS, AV, or vehicle software validation.
  • Knowledge of both software and hardware development testing, including high-performance computing and real-time test systems.
  • Experience managing a team of engineers in a leadership role.

Pay

The base salary range for this full-time position is $115,000 – $222,000 USD annually. Actual compensation will be influenced by experience, credentials, educational attainment, skill level, interview performance, and the level and scope of the position.
