Technical Program Manager, QA Program
About the role
The Capacity Delivery Team at Fluidstack is responsible for building and running gigawatts of compute infrastructure. This includes designing, constructing, and operating data centers that can go from drawing to energized in months, not years. The team also ensures that each site's lessons are learned and applied to future projects.
Responsibilities
- Build and run the QA program across capacity delivery: standards, audits, and metrics from factory to energization.
- Define quality gates per phase, fabrication, installation, commissioning handover, and make them enforceable, not aspirational.
- Run the nonconformance process: tracked, dispositioned, trended, and fed back to the source.
- Report quality health across the portfolio in numbers leadership acts on.
Requirements
- You've built or run QA programs for construction or manufacturing at scale.
- You've made quality gates stick against schedule pressure.
- You run nonconformance processes that close and trend, not accumulate.
- Your quality metrics changed behavior somewhere, and you can say where.
Bonus
- ISO 9001 systems.
- Data center or modular construction QA.
- Supplier quality interface.
- Audit certification.
