About the company

We exist to make humanity more free. Technology has historically given people more time for the things they want to do, instead of things they have to do. Powerful AI will be the biggest lever for human choice we've ever built—but only if models are aligned with what humanity actually wants. We're singularly focused on delivering 10 to 100s of GWs of compute faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack. We acquire power, design and build data centers, and operate them—with teams spanning hardware and software. Speed and scale are our key differentiators. Come be a part of building civilization-scale infrastructure for AI.

About the team

The Deployments Team owns everything between construction handover and customer-ready compute: racks, fabric, and validation at hundreds of megawatts per site. Key problems the team is working on:

  • Turn empty data halls into serving GPUs in weeks.
  • Stand up gigawatts a year, hundreds of megawatts at a time, across multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Deploy 10s to 100s of GWs with software, not headcount, ensuring the hundredth data hall deploys faster than the first.

Responsibilities

  • Run the network deployment program: manage turn-up schedules, material readiness, and cross-team dependencies per site.
  • Track fabric-critical materials (switches, optics, cables) from purchase order to installation, escalating shortfalls early.
  • Coordinate network turn-up with construction, deployment, and compute schedules to ensure the fabric is never the bottleneck.
  • Report network deployment status with link-level accuracy, avoiding summary optimism.

Requirements

The below is a starting point. We always make space for exceptional people, so if you don't fit this role exactly, tell us where you would:

  • You've program-managed network builds or turn-ups at scale.
  • You track material readiness at the SKU level when it matters.
  • You know enough networking to challenge a status update.
  • You close dependencies across teams that don't report to you.

Bonus skills:

  • Hyperscale network programs.
  • Optics supply chains.
  • Turn-up automation exposure.
  • Program tooling.
