Technical Program Manager, Network

About the role

The Deployments Team at Fluidstack is responsible for turning empty data halls into serving GPUs in weeks. They own everything between construction handover and customer-ready compute, including racks, fabric, and validation at hundreds of megawatts per site. The team deploys 10s to 100s of GWs with software, not headcount, ensuring that the hundredth data hall deploys faster than the first.

Responsibilities

• Run the network deployment program: manage run-up schedules, track material readiness, and coordinate cross-team dependencies per site.
• Track material readiness at the SKU level when it matters.
• Challenge status updates and close dependencies across teams that don't report to you.
• Report network deployment status with link-level truth, not summary optimism.

Requirements

• You have program-managed network builds or turn-ups at scale.
• You track material readiness at the SKU level when it matters.
• You know enough networking to challenge a status update.
• You close dependencies across teams that don't report to you.
• Bonus: Experience with hyperscale network programs, optics supply chains, turn-up automation exposure, and program tooling.
