About the role
The Technical Program Manager will lead the technical aspects of program management for our AI-driven solutions. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring technical deliverables meet quality standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or a related field, with a focus on technology projects.
- Experience with AI technologies and tools.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
Qualifications
- Proven track record of successful project management in technology environments.
- Experience leading complex technical projects from conception through implementation.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them to technical projects.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, designers, and other technical experts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
- Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
