About the role

The Technical Program Manager will lead the technical aspects of program management for our AI-driven solutions. This includes managing project timelines, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring technical deliverables meet quality standards, and collaborating with stakeholders to align technical strategies with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee technical requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

  • Support the development and execution of technical roadmaps and plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or a related field, with a focus on technology projects.
  • Experience with AI technologies and tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development methodologies and processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record of successful project management in technology environments.
  • Experience leading complex technical projects from conception through implementation.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience applying them to technical projects.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, designers, and other technical experts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
  • Understanding of software development life cycles and agile methodologies.
  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
