We need to output HTML fragment with headings

for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, accommodation request, etc. Also remove duplicated lines. Also remove navigation/cookie/legal. Must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Pay and Schedule: we have pay info: "Technical Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year." Also mention "Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/us-corporate-pay". Also schedule: "You must be within 50 miles of Redmond, Washington or Reston, Virginia and willing to be in the office 3 days a week." That's schedule info. Benefits: Not explicitly listed besides "Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation." That's vague. Might not include Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. The instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Benefits: we have only generic statement; not specific benefits. So maybe omit Benefits section. Skills: Not explicitly listed; maybe we can infer from qualifications but better not to create Skills unless explicit. The posting includes qualifications and preferred qualifications; we could put them under Qualifications (maybe split Required and Preferred). The instruction: Use headings for sections like Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We have qualifications content. We could put qualifications under

Qualifications

. Could also separate Required and Preferred as subpoints but not required. Responsibilities: we have a list. About the role: we have overview paragraphs. We must not repeat job title. The heading About the role is okay. We need to preserve all substantive information: overview, responsibilities, qualifications (required and preferred), other requirements (security screening, location, office days), pay, schedule. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, accommodation request, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove duplicated lines like "Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer." appears twice; remove. Also remove "This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days..." maybe that's application instruction; we should remove application instructions. The instruction: remove application instructions. So remove that line. Also remove "Find additional benefits and pay information here: https://..." maybe that's a link; could be considered extra but it's about benefits/pay info; maybe keep as part of Pay section? It's a link to more info; could be considered part of Pay. But it's not substantive detail; maybe we can keep as part of Pay section as a link. However instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. The link is substantive? It's a reference; could keep. But we must not include navigation/cookie/legal/EEO etc. The link is not those. Thus final HTML:

Required Qualifications: ...

Preferred Qualifications: ...

Other Requirements: Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud Background Check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.

Location: You must be within 50 miles of Redmond, Washington or Reston, Virginia and willing to be in the office 3 days a week.

Pay

Technical Program Management M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $142,800 - $274,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $188,000 - $304,200 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation. Find additional benefits and pay information here: https://careers.microsoft.com/us/en/us-corporate-pay

We might also include Schedule section: we have location and office days; could be Schedule. But we already placed location under Other Requirements. Could also make a Schedule heading: "You must be within 50 miles of Redmond, Washington or Reston, Virginia and willing to be in the office 3 days a week." That's schedule. Since we have schedule info, we should create a Schedule section. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have that. So we should create

Schedule

with that sentence. Thus we move location sentence to Schedule. Other Requirements: security screening only. Thus:

Other Requirements

maybe not a standard heading but we could incorporate into Qualifications? The instruction list includes Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Other Requirements not listed but we could put under Qualifications as a paragraph. Better to keep under Qualifications. Thus final HTML:

We build and operate sovereign cloud environments that enable governments and regulated industries to leverage Microsoft innovation while meeting stringent requirements for security, compliance, sovereignty, and operational independence. Our work sits at the intersection of cloud engineering, geopolitics, national-scale digital transformation, and customer trust. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.

  • Planning, Insights & Executive Communications: Establish clear operating rhythms and use forecasts, delivery data, operational insights, and partner signals to provide transparent status, surface decisions, and inform investment and prioritization.
  • Operational Excellence & Accountability: Drive disciplined execution against commitments, continuously improve planning and delivery processes, and create clarity and accountability across Microsoft and partner teams.

Strong technical depth in cloud infrastructure, capacity planning and management, hardware/infrastructure delivery, networking, and service operations, with the ability to go deep into constraints, dependencies, and solution options. Demonstrated ability to translate customer demand and service roadmaps into capacity, infrastructure, and execution plans, connecting long-range strategy to near-term delivery. Exceptional executive presence and partner management skills, with experience building trusted relationships with senior customer, partner, and Microsoft stakeholders while navigating difficult delivery, prioritization, and investment conversations. Proven ability to operate at both strategic and deeply technical levels, moving fluidly from executive discussions and business tradeoffs into detailed engineering and operational problem solving. Experience orchestrating complex delivery across engineering, infrastructure, supply chain, finance, operations, and partner organizations, with a strong bias toward ownership, problem solving, and driving issues to closure.
