About the role

As a Lead Technical Program Manager in Corporate Data and Analytics Services (CDAS) Architecture & Governance, you will drive the successful delivery of architecture governance programs that shape technology direction across CDAS. The Architecture & Governance team is responsible for setting architecture standards, common development practices, AI for tech adoption, FinOps discipline, and compliance obligations across CDAS. Leveraging your deep knowledge of technical program management principles and governance frameworks is essential for keeping complex, cross-tower initiatives aligned and on track. Your strong analytical reasoning and adaptability will enable you to navigate ambiguity and ensure architecture decisions, compliance commitments, and OKR delivery stay visible and actioned. With advanced communication and stakeholder management abilities, you will foster productive working relationships across towers and influence decision-making to achieve consistent outcomes. As a subject matter expert, you will contribute to operational plans, risk management strategies, and communications programs that keep leadership and partner teams informed and aligned.
