About the role
A Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within US Operations. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that projects meet business objectives and timelines.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop project deliverables.
- Lead project kick-off meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
- Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project or similar project management software.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to lead and mentor junior project managers.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.
