About the role

A Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within US Operations. The TPM will work closely with cross-functional teams including IT, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure that projects meet business objectives and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage project plans, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, gather requirements, and develop project deliverables.
  • Lead project kick-off meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with project management methodologies and standards.
  • Work with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and quality delivery of project components.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Project or similar project management software.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead and mentor junior project managers.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations.
  • Experience with AI tools and their integration into project management processes.
