Technical Program Manager
About The Role
As a Technical Program Manager – Cloud & Generative AI, you will make an impact by leading large-scale technology programs, driving cloud transformation initiatives, and delivering innovative AI-powered solutions that help clients achieve strategic business outcomes. You will be a valued member of the technology leadership team and work collaboratively with client executives, business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and delivery leaders.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex business and technology programs, ensuring alignment across multiple workstreams, stakeholders, and distributed delivery teams.
- Partner with client leadership, product owners, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, align priorities, facilitate strategic planning, and provide trusted technology guidance.
- Provide governance and technical oversight for solutions leveraging .NET, Angular, AWS Cloud, microservices, APIs, and Generative AI technologies.
- Dive program planning, release management, dependency tracking, risk mitigation, and execution excellence across onshore and offshore teams.
- Champion cloud modernization and AI transformation initiatives by identifying opportunities to improve productivity, automation, customer experience, and business value through AWS and Generative AI solutions.
Requirements
- 12+ years of IT industry experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale technology programs, strategic initiatives, and client engagements.
- Proven experience managing enterprise software delivery programs utilizing Agile, Scrum, SAFe, release management, and SDLC best practices.
- Strong technical expertise in .NET Core/.NET Framework, Angular, Microservices, REST APIs, and cloud-native application development.
- Demonstrated experience delivering and governing enterprise-grade solutions on AWS Cloud, including architecture, deployment, security, scalability, and operational excellence.
- Strong client-facing communication, executive presentation, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence both business and technology leaders.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams, budgets, dependencies, risks, escalations, and globally distributed delivery teams.
- Knowledge of Generative AI technologies including LLMs, AI agents, prompt engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and enterprise AI adoption strategies.

Pay
The pay range for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week onsite at a client location in Hartford, CT. The remaining 2 days can be worked remotely. The exact schedule will be determined based on the project and client requirements.
