Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead management of system integrators and third-party vendors for the SAP S/4HANA transformation program, ensuring alignment to scope, timelines, and deliverables
• Establish and run vendor governance, including performance tracking, SLAs/KPIs, and escalation management
• Drive coordination across multiple vendors to ensure seamless delivery across SAP workstreams and dependencies
• Manage vendor commercials including contracts, change requests, invoicing, and cost optimization
• Monitor vendor risks, quality, and delivery outcomes, ensuring accountability through regular reviews and corrective actions

Requirements

• 5-9 Years of experience in managing system integrators and third-party vendors
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA transformation programs
• Strong vendor governance and contract management skills
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple vendors and dependencies effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications are a plus
