Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure

About the Opportunity

The Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure leads large-scale technical programs spanning multiple engineering domains within infrastructure. This role partners closely with engineering teams to identify technical challenges, shape solutions, and drive complex initiatives from strategy through execution. The position is critical to enabling scalable, reliable infrastructure that supports core payment systems and protects users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate across teams to identify infrastructure challenges and develop cross-domain solutions.
• Produce high-quality technical proposals, communications, and documentation.
• Lead complex technical programs requiring strong systems and engineering expertise.
• Partner with engineering leaders and technical program managers to define and execute strategic programs.
• Anticipate technical roadblocks and evaluate architectural trade-offs.
• Develop and continuously improve program management frameworks, processes, and KPIs.
• Improve engineering execution and delivery capabilities across teams.
• Influence stakeholders and build consensus in ambiguous and complex environments.
• Use data and insights to guide strategic engineering decisions.
• Develop plans that create alignment, accountability, and clarity across teams.
• Manage critical cross-functional programs across multiple infrastructure organizations.
• Lead programs supporting core infrastructure for payment systems.
• Drive the definition, strategy, planning, and execution of large-scale technical initiatives.
• Solve complex technical and operational problems that enable scalable products and infrastructure.
• Apply expertise in cloud and software infrastructure technologies to program strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in software engineering, systems engineering, or technical program management.
• At least 4 years of experience working with core infrastructure, including databases, cloud computing, networking, and services.
• Minimum of 4 years of program management experience across software development lifecycles.
• At least 2 years of experience with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software architecture and systems design.
• At least 5 years of technical program management experience within software infrastructure.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with cloud infrastructure, including compute, networking, databases, or service frameworks.
• At least 1 year of experience with SQL.

Pay

Base salary range of $173,400 to $260,200 per year. Additional compensation, including bonuses or sales commissions, may apply.
