Technical Program Manager II

Description

Lead complex consumer device software programs from inception through production and launch.
Drive system health initiatives across multiple Wearables product lines within Reality Labs.
Own execution plans, schedules, dependencies, launch metrics, risks, mitigations, and release readiness.
Cook up coordination across Software, Hardware, Firmware, Engineering, and Product Management.
Lead technical metric reviews, crash triage, stability tracking, and resolution of launch blockers.
Pull the trigger on partnering with senior Engineering and TPM leadership on long-term strategy, roadmaps, and device system health.
