Technical Program Manager - Capital Markets Technology, VP, Hybrid
What You Will Be Responsible For
- Develop and execute program plans, define scope, objectives and timelines
- Work with engineering, product and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery
- Identify and mitigate risks, develop contingency plans, and manage potential roadblocks
- Communicate program status, updates and potential issues to stakeholders
- Establish and maintain strong project governance processes, ensuring adherence to standards and best practices
- Experience using agile/scrum SDL
- Effectively manage and communicate changes within the program, ensuring minimal disruption and continued project success
- Analyze program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimization
- Possess understanding of cloud based implementation, technology migration projects
- Work closely with on-shore and off-shore team members

- Education & Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree
10+ years experience in managing and delivering large IT projects
Successful track record of delivering projects and programs using lightweight or agile approaches
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated strength in initiative-taking, leadership and influencing skills
Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-growing and changing environment
Thorough understanding of the software development lifecycle for iterative, agile, and traditional approaches
Experience with JIRA a strong plus
Team player, detail oriented and self-motivated to drive work to proceed with minimal supervision
Multiple tasking ability. Excellent time management skills to manage project priorities

Salary Range $115,000 - $216,250 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
