About the role

The Technical Program Manager drives the delivery of high-impact technical programs in alignment with business and technical objectives. This role involves collaborating with engineering, solution management, design, and operations teams to plan, prioritize, and execute key initiatives while navigating technical challenges and risks associated with large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the end-to-end delivery of individual, moderately complex technical programs and projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and final delivery.
  • Partner with engineering teams, solution managers, designers, quality assurance, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment on objectives, and smooth execution of program deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain detailed technical project plans, including roadmaps, timelines, milestones, dependencies, deadlines, and deliverables.
  • Proactively identify potential risks and technical blockers that may impact program timelines or quality, and work with relevant teams to resolve issues and keep the program on course.
  • Communicate program status, challenges, and progress to leadership by providing regular updates and actionable insights in alignment with business priorities.
  • Leverage AI tools and platforms as an integral part of daily responsibilities to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows, and drive data-informed outcomes.
  • Develop and articulate program goals, objectives, and milestones aligned with organizational strategies and technical direction.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to promote support and cooperation throughout the program lifecycle, clearly communicate requirements, and manage expectations.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the program.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant work experience.
  • Familiarity with AI-powered tools and technologies, or a demonstrated openness to learning and incorporating AI solutions to improve productivity, decision-making, and program delivery.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in the healthcare industry or supporting healthcare technology initiatives.
  • Experience using the Atlassian Suite (including Jira and Confluence) and GitHub to support project tracking, collaboration, and technical program delivery.

Job Expectations

  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed.
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information.
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time.
