We're looking for a Technical Program Manager who can operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and business. This is a high-agency role with real executive visibility and direct impact on how Ramp's engineering organization scales.

  • Collaborate with lead engineers, engineering managers and other groups to help communicate business and engineering strategies to the wider organization
  • Help shape how the TPM function operates at Ramp: set standards, define playbooks, and raise the bar for how technical programs are run

  • 5+ years of TPM experience, ideally in a high-growth startup environment
  • Genuine AI fluency: you are actively building with and thinking about AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) and using them in day-to-day work, not just aware of them
  • Proven ability to earn trust quickly and become the person teams want to confide in — this is a relationship-driven role as much as an execution one
