About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Program Manager to support the Rack & Power Space team. This role is ideal for someone who is driven, detail-oriented, organized, and ready to help manage and streamline operational and coordination tasks across engineering and infrastructure planning teams. A go-getter attitude, high energy, and the ability to jump in with minimal guidance to get things done are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Drive materials and dependencies between component suppliers and ODMs to ensure on-time deliveries through all hardware development phases: EVT (Engineering Validation Test), DVT (Design Validation Test), PVT (Production Validation Test), and MP (Mass Production).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to support TPMs in executing multiple NPI programs.
- Manage team action items and ensure prompt follow-up to facilitate on-time program delivery.
- Own and update SOT (Source of Truth) schedules from vendors to Client core team at weekly update meetings.
- Format and maintain documentation with guidance from the TPMs.
- Gather and consolidate feedback from the engineering team for recurring updates to management and broader org.
- Help manage general "busy work" that keeps programs on track and aligned.
- Ensure key project documentation and timelines are up-to-date and accurate.
Requirements

- Solid experience supporting hardware development programs through the NPI lifecycle.
- Good common sense around AI servers and data center hardware environments.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technical program management, with a strong focus on system-level hardware development (familiarity with power and thermal concepts is a plus).
- Proven track record in managing hardware dev programs from concept through production.
- Solid understanding of hardware design, bring-up, validation, and manufacturing processes.
- Demonstrated experience with material planning, supply chain coordination, and supporting high-volume production ramp-up.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering teams and influence executive leadership.
