Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex cross-functional programs and enterprise initiatives.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable roadmaps, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Partner with executive leaders, business stakeholders, and technology teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
• Oversee program performance, reporting, risk management, dependency tracking, and issue resolution.
• Establish and maintain governance standards, delivery frameworks, and best practices while supporting continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive program or project management experience leading complex, cross-functional, or enterprise initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience managing project or program teams.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise program and project management methodologies, including Agile, SAFe, Waterfall, and hybrid frameworks.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives and translating business objectives into execution plans.
• Experience managing governance processes, performance metrics, reporting standards, risk mitigation, and vendor relationships.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate program status, risks, and insights to executive audiences.
• Experience with organizational change management, process improvement, and adoption strategies.
• Advanced proficiency with analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.

Desired Skills

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant, ITIL, or AWS/Azure certifications.
• Experience with enterprise project management tools including Jira or similar platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale enterprise technology or business transformation programs.
