Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management or a related field and 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
- Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering Management or a related field, and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Technical Program Manager-related occupation.
- 6 years of experience in the following:
- Creating project plans
- Developing technical and program roadmaps
- Developing program governance plans
- Developing metric plans (including leading and trailing KPIs)
- Conducting technical defect analysis
Responsibilities
- Implement executive and key partner communications standards across the program portfolio.
- Lead a governance structure to drive effective decision-making and mitigate cross-team dependencies.
- Establish a reliable cadence for program reviews, prioritization, and resource stewardship.
- Define and manage a high-impact program portfolio that translates ambiguous goals into measurable objectives.
- Identify and apply change management opportunities that increase program velocity.
- Build strategic alliances with cross-functional stakeholders and influence technical roadmaps.
Pay
US base salary range for this full-time position is $203,700 - $279,000 + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
