Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technical programs from initiation through to completion.
  • Drive partner meetings end-to-end.
  • Define and maintain program plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical path across multiple workstreams.
  • Drive alignment between engineering, product, and business stakeholders on scope, priorities, and trade-offs.
  • Run structured program cadences: planning sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Identify, track, and mitigate risks and blockers before they impact delivery.
