What's the Job?

Build, maintain, and communicate detailed project schedules for mechanisms, sealing, and structural integration.

Act as a programmatic interface with external suppliers; track hardware build plans and coordinate part deliveries.

Maintain bug/issue trackers (e.g., Jira), follow up on RCA progress, and facilitate meetings to drive hardware issues to closure.

Facilitate communication between mechanical engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, and validation teams; track BOM maturity.

Conduct packaging investigations or manage clash analysis utilizing tools such as CATIA, NX, or SolidWorks.

What's Needed?

  • 2–4 years of experience in project management, TPM, manufacturing, or mechanical engineering.
  • Exposure to physical product development lifecycles (Design, Sourcing, Validation, Build) — ideally in automotive, robotics, aerospace, or consumer electronics.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience managing multiple workstreams.
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or MS Project.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business, Project Management, or a related field.

Pay

$80-$88/hour + Benefits
