Technical Program Manager

A growing organization is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead a large-scale enterprise data platform migration initiative. This individual will partner with engineering, analytics, governance, and business teams to coordinate the migration of data assets from legacy environments into a modern, governed platform. The successful candidate will bring structure, transparency, and execution discipline across multiple concurrent workstreams. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, business operations, and program leadership. ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain program roadmaps and migration plansCoordinate work across multiple engineering and business teamsManage program risks, issues, dependencies, and escalationsConsolidate status reporting and communicate executive-level updatesFacilitate cross-functional decision-making and issue resolutionSupport change management activities throughout the migration lifecycleMaintain centralized program documentation and reportingTrack program performance against milestones, KPIs, and success criteriaDrive accountability through influence rather than formal authority Required Qualifications4+ years of program or project management experienceExperience supporting large, complex technology initiativesExperience working directly with data engineering teams or data platformsStrong stakeholder management skillsStrong communication and executive presentation abilitiesUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologiesAbility to operate effectively in highly matrixed environments Preferred QualificationsData platform migration experienceCloud data warehouse experiencedbt familiarityData governance experiencePMP, SAFe, CSM, or similar certificationsJira, Confluence, Smartsheet, or similar toolsConsulting or contract-based program delivery experienceLegacy system retirement experience Compensation & BenefitsPay rate: $60-70 per hourInitial 12-month engagementExpected total duration approximately 18 monthsBenefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits.
