Responsibilities
- Collaborate across teams to drive engineering initiatives
- Remove obstacles to improve team productivity
- Maintain urgency in projects with competing priorities
- Assess risks and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Manage the Linear project management system across teams
- Work with product managers to execute product strategy
Qualifications
- 12+ years of technical project or program management experience
- Proven track record in managing large-scale technical initiatives
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and deliver detailed solutions
- Experience developing processes in evolving environments
- Strong attention to detail with a capability to see the bigger picture
- Excellent communication skills with a talent for influencing stakeholders
- Experience with Linear project management or similar tools
